Stalled car blocks southbound Route 6 lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a stalled vehicle with a dead battery blocking the southbound lane of Route 6 near the Eastham town line. A bystander with a jump box assisted, and a tow service that had been requested was later canceled after the driver was reported to be on the way.
