All too often this means sending crying toddlers who know exactly what daddy will do to them, once mommy leaves. Our children have no protection from abusive parents, unless It is extreme. The best you will get is supervised visitation, PA will not give you full custody from an abuser, they will protect his rights. Your child has no rights.
