Intoxicated man found unresponsive outside pizza shop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and fire units responded to a report of an apparently intoxicated adult man found unresponsive but breathing outside a pizza restaurant on South Third Street. The caller reported being unable to wake him, and medics later advised that the patient was conscious and breathing.
