Man with cancer has breathing and abdominal pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a residence on Webb Mill Road in Eastview for a 68-year-old man with shortness of breath and lower abdominal pain who was reportedly recently diagnosed with cancer.
