False fire alarm during system test at auto dealer

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a reported fire alarm at an auto dealership on Highway 93, which was then explained as a system test with no smoke or fire found. Separately, emergency medical units responded to a report of chest pain at a lot on Camp Road near Pebble Drive and Tioga Road.
