Sick woman found confused at transfer center lobby

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to a sick person at the transfer center lobby near Main Street and South Farwell Street. A middle-aged female passenger was conscious and breathing but had been in and out of consciousness and appeared confused. A bus was expected to arrive in about 4 minutes. Medic units assisted law enforcement.
