Domestic disturbance reported with children present near W MacArthur Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported domestic disturbance near W MacArthur Ave in Eau Claire. Callers reported a male yelling at a female in the backyard, the female crying, and four children present.
