Suspicious door-to-door solicitor on scooter reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious man going door to door near Chelsea Drive. Callers said he arrived in a red car, used a scooter, and was aggressively trying to sell pest control services without any visible supplies or license.
