Intoxicated scooter rider flees officer, found at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near a school area for a report of a possibly intoxicated person riding a scooter who had previously threatened an officer. The person allegedly fled when an officer tried to stop him near the 100 block of Stone Street and then left north on Ogden Street. The scooter was later found at a residence near West William Street in Clayton County.
