Man with bloody diarrhea and weakness in wheelchair

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to a location on West High Street for a reported 67-year-old man in a wheelchair who has had diarrhea for several days, now with blood in his stool and feeling weak.
