RP. stating that it started out as a road rage, a male party got out of a van and confronted another driver, who was in a gray pickup truck. It appears to be road rage, no weapons, unknown DK, or drugs. Both units continuing again. It's male versus male verbal as far as the RP knows. They were not blocking. They pulled off on the side of the road. The driver of the van is described as a 40-year-old white male 5-9 medium build. Last seen you're wearing a light t-shirt jeans or dark pants. And it looks like the male party was standing in front of the pickup truck.
