Arcing tree branches cause smoke near First Street power lines

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched for a reported structure fire near First Street after a caller said flames were coming from a blue house around the 200 block. Responders later determined there was no structure fire and that the issue was likely arcing tree branches on electrical wires behind the residence. The structure fire response was then canceled and the scene appeared safe.
