Unconscious intoxicated man on Coulee Boulevard

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to Coulee Boulevard in Electric City for a possible assault-related medical call involving an unconscious but breathing adult male who may be intoxicated. Units were directed to meet the patient near the entrance to a grocery store. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate report of an erratic driver swerving into oncoming traffic near milepost markers in the area.
