26-year-old male with chest pain and nausea in Electric City

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 26-year-old male with chest pain and nausea was reported at Crest Avenue in Grand Coulee. Ambulance and fire units responded, with law enforcement also arriving on scene. Patient is conscious but not breathing normally and has a head laceration.
