Good evening, (name withheld). This is Chris Eggmatic 2. Coming 2 is a 77-year-old female. The chief complaint is right ankle pain. This is secondary to a fall. Patient states she doesn't remember quite how she fell. She states she did not have any loss of consciousness, denied any chest pain, denied any dizziness, believes she might have tripped on some clothes on the fall. Patient also states she did hit her head on the way down. Currently, denies any pain, denies any bleeding, denies loss of sensation or bleeding. Patient is also a tsunami head and neck and vaccine. It's primarily about right ankle pain. There is swelling noticed, TMS is present in the right foot. No bruising noted at this time. Patient was given 30 mg total IM. Ice packs were applied. The patient states her pain went from a 10 to about a 6. Patient is alert and oriented times 4. Blood sugar was also 84. Vitals are as follows: blood pressure 101 over 74, oxygen saturation 97% on room air, heart rate 101. No further questions for me. No further bed. We'll be bad on arrival. I'm all out. Thank you.
