Officer transporting DUI suspect for blood test

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer appears to be transporting a suspected impaired driver from the racetrack area to a local hospital for a blood draw, while coordinating with another officer who has the vehicle and asking that a female involved be contacted to return to the racetrack.
