Reckless white car speeding toward Moriah

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a white two-door car with Vermont plates driving at a high rate of speed and in an erratic manner on Route 11 near Elizabethtown, possibly heading toward the bridge near Moriah. Multiple callers reported the same vehicle near the local fire station and the Shattuck area.
