Vehicle and moped crash injures rider at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Firemen’s Park on South Lake Street in Elkhart Lake for a reported collision between a vehicle and a moped. One male patient was conscious and breathing with an apparent head injury, with law enforcement already on scene and no entrapment or ejection reported.
