Mentally ill teen fled home after damaging property; knife reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, police are responding near Dagny Way in Elkridge for a mentally ill juvenile who reportedly had a long kitchen knife, broke items in a garage, and fled on foot toward Reardon Court. Caller advised he may be suicidal and unpredictable; officers were later updated that he may be near the Forest Green Shopping Center. He is described as a 15-year-old Black male, shirtless, wearing gray sweatpants, possibly no shoes, with an ankle monitor.
