Dogs locked in vehicle at Elkview grocery store

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters were dispatched to a grocery store parking lot near a shopping mall in Elkview for a report of three dogs locked inside a vehicle with the windows only partially open. It appears to be a possible animal welfare check based on the caller’s report.
