Man yelling at child in moving domestic dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible domestic disturbance involving a man yelling at a child and grabbing a woman by the arm in a dark Kia Soul traveling west from the 400 block of East First Street near the corner of Pine and First in Ellinwood, Kansas. The situation was believed to be connected to a nearby two-story residence with children’s toys outside.
