One-year-old chokes on quarter, coughing blood in Perry Township

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS dispatched to the Blue Jay Ave area (across from Locust St) in Perry Township for a one-year-old child who choked on a quarter. Caller reports the child coughed it up but was coughing up blood; later update suggests the throat may have been scraped and the child is not currently vomiting blood. Child reported conscious and breathing.
