Domestic dispute with threats at home in Elm City

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a domestic dispute between a woman and a man at a home near the (number withheld) block of Lindsay Road in Elm City. The man reportedly threatened to beat the woman if officers came. Other adults were present and were asked to leave, and a ten-month-old infant was also in the residence. No weapons were reported.
