As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a suspicious male near the Union Pacific area by Odessa Road, where the reporting party says the man was on foot and appeared to be chasing the reporting party’s vehicle. The person was later reported to be in a red Chevrolet Impala at a nearby location.
