Driver sprays another vehicle with oil on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, a reporting party stated that the driver of a Toyota pickup intentionally sprayed their vehicle with oil near a stretch of US Route 12. The caller later reported no apparent damage, but the oil would not come off and a detailer requested a callback.
