Young child found walking alone in roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near Grand Central Avenue and East Thurston Street for a possible child neglect situation after a caller reported an apparent special-needs child, about eight years old, walking alone in the roadway and stayed with the child until officers arrived.
