84-year-old man has severe breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible medical emergency involving an 84-year-old man who was conscious but having serious difficulty breathing and low oxygen levels at a residence on Limestone Road. A nurse was reportedly already with him while responders were sent to the scene.
