Suicidal subject reported after domestic disturbance in Elsberry

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was diverted to Elsberry for a domestic disturbance involving a suicidal adult female; law enforcement reported they were on scene with the female and she was evasive. A separate suicidal-subject call was also mentioned for Highway A (staging), but details were unclear if related.
