Traffic stop on semi trailer near scale house

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a traffic stop near Walter Strawn Drive and Elwood International involving a white tractor with a brown box trailer at the scale house. A Tennessee semi-trailer license plate was checked during the stop.
