Injured driver leaves in gray sedan seeking hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were flagged down by a gray Chevy sedan near North Chicago Avenue in Elwood. The driver, who appeared to be injured and said she needed to go to a hospital, then drove away northbound on Chicago Avenue. Deputies were attempting to locate the vehicle and the possible offender.
