Ex-partner pursues woman on I-80 to Denny’s lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible domestic-related roadway incident on I-80 near Powell Street, where an ex-boyfriend was said to be chasing a woman’s vehicle. The vehicles later apparently stopped in a restaurant parking lot in the same area.
