Driver braking hard and stopping on US 41

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a Saturn driving recklessly on US Highway 41 near State Road 550, possibly brake checking other vehicles and stopping in the road. Officers were advised to look for the vehicle and take action if located.
