Welfare check requested for person threatening self-harm near Dairy Queen

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement requested help locating (name withheld) for a welfare check after a 911 call from the Emmetsburg Dairy Queen reported they threatened self-harm. The person had asked for a ride to Estherville; deputies searched but were unable to locate them and no direction of travel was known.
