Propane leak reported at Emmett library

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible propane gas smell outside a back door at the public library near South Hayes Avenue in Emmett. Occupants and the reporting party evacuated the building while fire units responded, investigated, and mopped up a small fire.
