Elderly man possibly having stroke at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical personnel responded to a call near Syringa Drive for an elderly male possibly having a stroke. The patient was reported confused but conscious and breathing in the backyard. A nurse was present on the scene. No known history of strokes or heart issues was mentioned.
