Citizen assist for person stranded at Empire Beach

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement was asked to assist a person at Empire Beach who reportedly lost car keys and had a dead phone. A family member requested that deputies speak with the person and offer possible options. The person was said to be staying elsewhere in the area near Platte River.
