Dead sea turtle found on Encinitas beach

As discussed during the dispatch call, lifeguards discuss a dead or distressed sea turtle on the north end of a beach in Encinitas and plan to move and bury it in a dry, higher location while awaiting notification of the National Marine Fisheries Department.
