Person passed out while driving a white SUV

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch requested an advanced life support unit after reports that a man passed out in a white SUV near 36th Street and Cherry Street. The vehicle then apparently drove off toward (number withheld) Street while towing a lawnmower.
