Child reported missing at station found safe

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible missing child report at Oxford Station. A young child was seen with a man and a woman in a wheelchair near a ramp area. After contact, officers confirmed the child was with the mother and not missing, and the call was cleared without a report.
