Dogs trapped in hot vehicle at health center

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of two dogs trapped in a non-running vehicle and possibly overheating near a health center on South 30th Street. Officers also conducted a traffic and records check on a woman, who appeared to have valid information and no warrants reported.
