Suspicious vehicles reported on North Davis Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of two suspicious vehicles near the 500 block of North Davis Street in Enid. Radio traffic describes a gray or black-and-white SUV, possibly a Cadillac or Ford-type vehicle with bike racks, traveling northbound on Davis along with a red car.
