Juvenile in mental health crisis reportedly walking northbound on S 30th St

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported a juvenile was expressing intent to self-harm and was walking northbound on S 30th St near Pine Valley Apartments. Units later reported seeing her near the intersection of Brooks and S 30th.
