Suspicious vehicle blocking road near bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, a complaint was made about a suspicious white Jeep with back windows down, partially blocking the roadway near (place withheld) intersection by the bridge for approximately 30 minutes. The information is secondhand as the caller was not present at the scene.
