Juveniles on bikes blocking roadway near stores

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near First Street and McHenry Avenue for a report of three juveniles riding bicycles in the middle of the road and creating a possible traffic hazard, with the group last believed to be near a local grocery or discount store.
