As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver in a black Jaguar traveling southbound near mile marker 174 on Highway 84/25 outside Española, New Mexico. The vehicle was reportedly moving in and out of lanes and units were coordinating a response.
