As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported robbery near Eastern Boulevard in Essex. A victim flagged down a patrol unit and reported two males taking belongings, one wearing a green hoodie and one with long red hair, possibly linked to a black or blue bicycle and a silver pickup truck. An officer later detained one person in front of a Taco Bell nearby.
