555 and Medic 42. This caller did not stop. She stated there was a guy. He's either at Gold Hill and Cornelia or Gold Hill and Alpinglowe. She wasn't sure of the closest cross street. She said that he's not dressed for the weather. He's wearing shorts, no shirt. She didn't think he had shoes on and he may or may not have a cut on the back of his head. She said that she wasn't close enough to hear him talk if he did say anything. I did notify troopers just in case they were looking for anybody, didn't appear that they were, if you need them to respond. Just let me know.
