Reckless driver reported near Nancy Lane and US 41A

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a possible reckless white Nissan Maxima driving erratically and tailgating other vehicles on US 41A near Nancy Lane, coming from the Tullahoma area, and later stopped at a red light near Rock Creek.
