Officer assists driver with flat tire on Highway 69

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disabled vehicle involving a woman with a tire blowout in a blue Mazda on northbound Highway 69 over the Eufaula Bridge. She reportedly has equipment to change the tire but is in a hazardous location and unable to do so safely.
