Woman with high blood pressure and speech trouble transported

As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman in her 40s appears to have high blood pressure and difficulty speaking during transport to St. Joe's Hospital from downtown Eureka. She reportedly missed her blood pressure medication and recently visited the same facility for a similar issue.
